Business Performance

I am a sole practitioner and I have practiced law in Miami-Dade County for 32 years. While I consider myself extremely proficient from the professional side of the practice, I realized that I had little understanding of the business side of my practice, other than the amount of money I had in the bank and the amount of money I needed to pay my bills each week. ActionCOACH has enabled me to develop an awareness and understanding of the business side of the practice of law, something I was neither trained for nor fully understood before their evaluation of my business. As a result of goals and practices put in place by the team at Action, my practice is now generating more dollars and I am able to put in fewer hours as I work towards a steady cash flow and financial security.
