However, as Doug soon found out, success is not guaranteed. Doug knew that his failure was for a reason—it was a lesson he had to learn. This humbling experience led him to ActionCOACH, where he now works to help small business owners with business growth strategies and putting the FUN back into their business and their life.

As co-owner of the ActionCOACH Small Business Coaching firm in Miami, Jody works with clients to help them realize their dreams through thriving and successful businesses.

Most importantly she inspires and motivates her clients and woman entrepreneurs to work to their strengths and passionately pursue their dreams while maintaining balance and wellbeing in their lives.
